🧉 How to prepare hibiscus drink: 🔸 Cold hibiscus drink (to lower blood pressure): Wash a quantity of dried hibiscus (about half a cup). Soak it in cold water (1 liter) for 8 hours in the refrigerator. Strain and add sugar to taste. Drink cold. 🔸 Hot hibiscus drink (may raise blood pressure slightly): Boil water (1 liter). Add hibiscus (about 2-3 tablespoons). Let it boil for 3-5 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey to taste. Drink warm.
