🧉 How to prepare hibiscus tea:
🔸 Cold hibiscus tea (to lower blood pressure):
Wash a quantity of dried hibiscus (about half a cup).
Soak it in cold water (1 liter) for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Strain it and add sugar to taste.
Drink it cold.
🔸 Hot hibiscus tea (may raise blood pressure slightly):
Boil water (1 liter).
Add hibiscus tea (about 2-3 tablespoons).
Leave it to boil for 3-5 minutes.
Strain it and add sugar or honey to taste.
Drink it warm.
